7.2 We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zyngl LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

 

8.2 We shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the App's operation or transmission, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

 

9. Termination

 

9.1 We may, in our sole discretion, terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the App at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.

 

9.2 Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must uninstall and delete the App from your device.
